Accomodations

The Amsterdam School of Technology is cooperating with different hotels. Therefore it is possible to stay in Amsterdam with reduced prices. Please choose whether you are senior speaker/discussant or a student speaker.

Presentation

Please send your presentation to a.greven@hva.nl before June 30th. Please click here for more information on presentations for students.

Paper Submit

It is very important to submit the full draft of the paper by June 22! We will strictly enforce ths deadline as we must give our reviewers enough time.
In case you will not match the deadline we suggest that you present your work in the poster session (enclosed call). Simply bring your paper with you and present a simple poster. The poster does not have to be highly designed. The content is more important. Please, pass the call for posters on to students who might be interested in presenting their work.

The paper should not be longer than 7000 words. Please, submit it as a word document and as pdf file. Indicate if you like to have the paper put on our website and add a brief statement of the status of your research e.g. BA, MA, PhD, conceptual development, data gathering, analysing data or theoretical results, final writing up.
